To prepare Farsan, you must first make the dough. This dough is passed through a namkeen extrusion process, and long rods of sev, bhujia and gathiya emerge from the extruder with a connected mould and are placed directly in a frying pan for frying. Then after, take the frying pan from the heat and set it in the oil extractor to remove the excess oil.
